(ARC) is pleased to present the following pre-packaged budgetary splash pad design concepts in order to assist in project planning and aligning budgetary expectations in relationship to splash pad area, feature flow rate and product selections. The packages are budgetary estimates based on average U.S. costs for construction, products and services.

The enclosed budgetary costs include:

• Splash pad construction drawing provided by ARC

• Complete product package as supplied by ARC including all water play components and prefabricated operating systems. Operating systems are all on/off systems with one Activation Bollard.

• Earthwork needed for splash pad construction & mechanical system installation.

• Installation of complete mechanical system

• Installation of non-slip broom finished concrete pad

• Installation of water play components

• System startup service, operation training and manuals

These budgets do not include:

• Costs for local or state permitting

• Any soil corrections, rock excavation, removal of trees, or dewatering

• Splash pad area is brought to rough grade prior to construction

• Required utilities to be brought to splash pad area by others. (water, waste, power)

• Landscape design and services such as fencing, turf, plantings, and additional concrete decking or pathways.

• Equipment building to house mechanical systems and bath/shower facilities as required by local health departments.
